Information:
Greenwich Park overlooks the Thames,
and provides fantastic views of Docklands and the City below. There is a children’s
playground and boating pool near Park Row Gate.
The park
also holds events for all ages and interests, and you can observe deer in
‘The Wilderness’ a special enclosed area that also provides
sanctuary for birds, foxes and other wildlife.
The Park houses
the Prime Meridian Line and The Royal Observatory (separate entrance
arrangements apply). There are also 2 cafes, refreshment points and
toilets.
